MASTS Friendship Games 2016 UPDATES: "BaSC collects 6 more medals in Swimming events; shares secrets of success" The Basilan State College Swim Team 'Dolphins' earn six (6) more medals in the second day of the swimming events. The 4-man relay team compose of Arola, S. Burail, M. Rajab, and J. Susulan who won golds just yesterday adds four (4) more silver medals as they placed second in the 4x50m Freestyle event earlier this morning. The team also won two bronze medals in the different individual events or category. "My mistake in last year's games is I let them swim in the longer and tougher events such us 1500m events", says head coach Sir Aslaji Malanji. " Before we came here, I already made preparations. I let them swim and practice in the events in which they are best. I did not let them swim in exhausting events and let them conserve their energies so that they can perform better." As for this day, the team has 4 golds, as well as silvers and bronze medals for a total of 12. As the swimming event is about to end tomorrow, the teams hopes to collect more medals.
