Her first 365 days have been marked by purposeful direction, academic stewardship, and a deep commitment to widening opportunities for learners, institutions, and communities across the country. In a period of continuing change in higher education, her leadership has affirmed the important role of colleges and universities in shaping responsive, inclusive, and future-ready education for the Filipino people. For Basilan State College, this milestone is also a moment of gratitude. We recognize a year of dedicated service, meaningful policy direction, and steadfast support for higher education institutions working to advance quality, access, and excellence in their respective communities.
